  • All orders shipped to metropolitan France benefit from complimentary shipping
  • Shipping costs are fully included in the retail price
  • No additional fees will be applied at checkout

International Orders

  • Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country
  • The applicable fee will be displayed before you confirm your purchase

Dispatch

  • Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours of payment confirmation
  • Delivery timeframes vary by destination and are provided at checkout as an estimate

Returns & Refunds Policy

Right of Withdrawal

  • If you are based in the European Union, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason
  • This right is granted in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via our contact page or on WhatsApp
  • Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
  • We will respond within 48 business hours with return instructions

Condition of Items

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue only a partial refund if items show signs of use, damage, or missing tags
  • As each piece is hand block printed, we ask that you treat returns with the same care we put into making them

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • If the item received was defective or different from what you ordered, we will cover the return shipping in full

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed
  • Original shipping costs where applicable are non-refundable

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us immediately with a photo of the item and your order number
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you

Important Note on Handcraft

  • Each Koraï 1727 piece is made by hand using traditional block printing techniques
  • Slight variations in colour, pattern placement, and texture are inherent to the craft
  • These variations are not considered defects — they are a mark of authenticity

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way cannot be returned unless defective

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order free of charge provided it has not yet been dispatched
  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours — please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel
  • To request a cancellation, contact us via our contact page or on WhatsApp with your order number

Pre-Orders & Deferred Purchases

  • For items purchased on a pre-order or deferred basis, you may cancel at any time before the item is dispatched
  • Once dispatched, our standard returns policy applies

Payment in Instalments

  • If you purchased using our 3-instalment payment option (available on orders of €150 and above), cancellation is only possible before dispatch
  • Once your order has shipped, the remaining instalments will continue to be collected as scheduled
  • A return can be initiated instead under our Returns & Refunds policy

After Dispatch

  • Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled
  • You may however exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy

Refunds on Cancellation

  • Cancelled orders are refunded in full to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of the cancellation being confirmed
